The secret of our profession lies in the collaboration and the respect of the cheese makers, often more artists than simple producers. In most regions of France, we have taken care to choose passionate producers. They entrust their "babies" to us, and we in turn raise them with love and great care. When they have grown with all the consideration they deserve, they are at peak maturity. Thus they are delivered to the greed of epicureans, for a table sacrifice that honors these authentic exceptional products.

A friendly way to discover our know-how around a selection of our choice, with seasonal cheeses. About 9 kinds representing the different families and types of milk. A pleasant little gourmet stopover during the day. Please note: with the exception of Saturdays we are not a restaurant open for lunch service. Reservation: it is not essential to reserve, however in order to present cheeses to you at their ideal serving temperature, we strongly recommend it.
