The farm at Mathieu's

Mathieu Rueher has opened a pig meat processing workshop since 1999, which he sells exclusively in his sales store at the front of the workshop. There is retail pork meat as well as cold cuts. Since 2009, his brother Vincent has moved in with him to diversify the offer by adding the processing and sale of Limousin beef. All the meat sold in this room comes from their own breeding in Knoeringue, and slaughtered in Cernay.
