Pallet of smoked pork (Schifele)
Ingredients : 1 blade of smoked pork weighing 1,2 kg, 4 carrots, 1 onion, 1 leek, 1 branch of parsley.
For 4 people
Preparation: 20 min, cooking: 1h30.
Immerse the pallet in a pot of cold water with the vegetables. Bring to the boil and cook over low heat for 1h30. Drain the meat then cut it into slices. Serve with pickled onions, pickles and a potato salad.
