Flambé pie (Flammekueche)
Ingredients : 250 g of flour, 5 cl of oil, 2 large onions, 120 g of bacon, 20 g of butter, 100 g of fromage blanc, 10 cl of heavy cream, nutmeg, 1 tablespoon of oil rapeseed, salt and pepper.
Preparation: 20min, cooking: 20 min, rest: 1 hour.
Prepare the dough using a food processor or by hand. Mix the flour, ½ tsp. of salt, oil and gradually 15 cl of lukewarm water. Work a few minutes to obtain a very elastic dough, then let stand for 1 hour, covered. Preheat your oven to 280 ° C. Slice the onions into thin strips and melt them over low heat for 5 minutes in a knob of butter, without coloring them. Quickly brown the bacon. Mix the cottage cheese and the cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. On the floured work surface, roll out the dough in a circle about a millimeter thick. Place it on a floured baking sheet. Spread the cheese-cream mixture on the dough, then distribute the onions, the bacon and a tablespoon of oil. Leave to cook in the oven for about 10 minutes.
