Atypical and open to a green setting, I offer all my assets, namely independence, calm, pleasure, relaxation and all the elements that will contribute to the happiness of those who will reside under my roof.

A private landscaped garden, parking spaces and free bicycle rental, an electric car charger and a fire pit at the very back of the property for added ambiance.

Let's talk about me Maison de Charme...

I am composed of a large living room/dining room with library of books and magazines, connected television as well as all leisure equipment. A porch and a large terrace, a wood stove, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a washing machine, separate toilets, an office... this for the ground floor.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, etc. The beds are a good size and the bedding is of good quality, everything is provided.

Everything will be perfectly prepared for your arrival and a welcome gift offered.

With an extra charge, a full breakfast will be prepared for you at the time of your choice and always kougelhopf. Picnic baskets offered and promise of top-notch implementation!

We love taking care of our property of almost 3000 m2 and appreciate human contact. We are resolutely focused on the service and well-being of all those who stay with us, in this place described by all as magnificent! We are committed to offering the maximum well-being by sharing our environment, our knowledge of the region and all the "good deals" and good addresses. We love our corner of preserved nature and at home almost everything we offer is organic and/or local, right down to the electrical installation of the house which limits electromagnetic fields... A very complete welcome booklet is available in the house; it will answer all your questions and tell you all the interesting places to visit. We are of course at your entire disposal; we live at the back of the house with a completely independent entrance and we will not disturb you, naturally.

House located at the end of a small dead-end street in a very quiet area, a little away from the village. You will quickly feel at ease, with direct access to walking paths and cycle paths, to multiple activities in the region. Waldighoffen, a village located in the Sundgau, in the south of Alsace, is about 30 minutes from Switzerland and Germany and ideal for crisscrossing Alsace.
