Concert by the Alliance choir

The ALLIANCE choir is a polyphonic ensemble perpetuating the tradition of the great male choirs of Alsace. Today, it is a recognized reference in the region for its musicality and the quality of its performances. The choir is currently composed of around thirty singers.

The choir aims to introduce repertoires for male voices and, more broadly, to promote male choral singing. 

Affiliated with the Confédération Musicale de France and the Association of Choral Societies of Alsace, she has performed in particular with the Chœur de Haute-Alsace and the Orchestre Symphonique de Mulhouse, performing Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, Symphony No. 9 by Beethoven and Faust-Symphonie by Franz Liszt. 

All our encouragement and thanks to this men's choir which performs on average around ten performances per year, mainly in the region, but also abroad, for the benefit of humanitarian or charitable actions.

Thus, during a trip to Cyprus, the singers gave concerts in the area of ​​Limassol, Paphos and at the monastery of Saint Neophytus the Recluse.  

The Alliance choir, "centenary" celebrated its anniversary on April 10, 2022 at La Filature de Mulhouse with the exceptional participation of the French Army Choir.

It is chaired by Daniel Vonthron, the musical direction of the men's choir is provided by Madame Ilaha Ahui, composer, pianist.

The concert will be followed by a drink.
