Munzenberger train station restaurant
Restaurant member of the Route de la Carpe Frite as well as of the Confrérie de la Choucroute, located in the heart of a magnificent Sundgauvian village renowned for the quality of its flowering.
Emilie and Marc Péquignot, who run the restaurant de la Gare in Hirtzbach (also known as Munzenberger) wear the sign of the federation of chefs de cuisine restaurateurs d'Alsace, whose objective is to promote Alsatian cuisine and the assertion of know-how.
Cooking takes time and sometimes you have to know how to wait a little ... There are no 5th range products, we only use fresh local products (which can also be bought frozen out of season), duck, fish including carp, sauerkraut, kidneys, vegetables etc. Spätzlés and Sürlawerlas are home!
After your meal, a small digestive walk in the park of Hirtzbach will delight you!
Bike paths on site and sports area.
