At Brasserie du Réservoir, we seek quality and good taste above all; like a good baker, we only ferment with fresh sourdough!

We offer a range of varied and balanced beers. Our approach is intended to be as local as possible, part of the barley is produced on the family farm and we mainly use Alsatian hops.
