The restaurateurs of the association "Le Sundgau, Routes de la Carpe Frite" invite you to come and celebrate the arrival of spring in the Sundgau with the Carpailles to discover carp differently!
Fried carp, a typical Sundgau dish, gave its name to the roads crossing the South of Alsace, making it an essential place for gastronomic tourism in our region, labeled site of taste.
You are cordially invited to visit the restaurants taking part in the event to taste the carp cooked in Fleischschnaka, in tarte flambée, in bites à la reine, in escalopes or even as a dessert…according to the creativity of the chefs!
