For this spring session at the DIY health and environment club, Sandrine Hug, a volunteer with the MNS and a sophrologist, invites you to a sophrology session in the heart of nature. Head to the meadow for a moment of grounding and rejuvenation amidst the tall grass where the grasshoppers sing!
Club members have priority.
Membership in the MNS is mandatory from the second participation in the club.
