The products are rigorously selected according to the seasons, favoring our French terroir.
Thiébaut Flory, room manager and sommelier, will be on hand from the moment you arrive to meet your specific needs or wishes.
He will be able to provide you with all the advice regarding the choice of wines to offer you the perfect pairing with your dishes.
THE GASTRONOMIC RESTAURANT IS OPEN FROM WEDNESDAY LUNCH TO SUNDAY LUNCH.
The restaurant offers a weekday lunch menu near the grocery store, "La Brasserie", at €19 (starter-main course-dessert).
