Ferrette castle picnic area

What could be more romantic than having a romantic picnic in the walls of the ruins of the Château de Ferrette where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the first foothills of the Alsatian Jura. Do you prefer to come with your family? Children will be able to frolic as they please, pretending to be a knight, a princess, a king, a reindeer or the last Count of Ferrette.

Ferrette Castle has two tables for six people each spread across the lower castle. It is, of course, permitted to light a fire in two designated areas. However, you will need to bring a grill and use your wits to prop it up on some pebbles.
