As for the cuisine, Bertrand has created a traditional menu: fleischnakas, tarts flambées, snails, cordon bleu and of course fried carp. New suggestions will be made every weekend. The dishes are made with seasonal products.
We offer a varied cuisine such as a Thai broth with scallops, fillet of John Dory grilled over a wood fire, matured beef, etc...but also a winstub menu in which you will find, among other things, crispy Munster cheese, Sürlawerlas, fried carp.
We enjoy regularly organizing dinner concerts or theater evenings.
