Where to eat ?

The Sundgau shares with other famous corners of this Alsatian “beautiful garden” the best recipes handed down and reinvented by generations of cooks. Sauerkraut, of course, in all its diversity, game dishes, Fleischschnacka or even tarts flambées, will be served to you accompanied by an excellent white wine selected from the prestigious Alsatian range. But the Sundgau reserves its own specialties for these guests.

It is on the table of all the inns. It even gave its name to a road. It is eaten with the fingers. It is THE specialty par excellence of Restaurants Sundgauviens: Fried Carp.
