It is an original concept combining simplicity and creativity. Rediscover fried carp in an elegant way, with its different flavours, coatings (poppy seed, sesame, semolina, potato flakes)! Let yourself be seduced... and find the "La carpe frite s'habille" truck on Wednesday (from 11 a.m.) in Hindlingen (Place de l'Eglise), on Wednesday evening (from 18 p.m.) in Hirsingue (in front of the pharmacy), Thursday (from 18 p.m.) in Vieux-Ferrette (Place de l'ancienne forge) Friday (from 11 a.m.) in Altkirch (Trefle vert car park), Friday (at from 18 p.m.) in Waldighoffen (town hall car park) and finally on Saturday (from 18 p.m.) in front of the Seppois le Haut school.
La Carpe s'habille travels for your family meals, company meals, parties and birthdays from 15 people, only on Sundays and public holidays.
