Member of the Sundgau Route de la Carpe Frite label, you will also taste other Alsatian specialties.
Meeting room, 3 air-conditioned restaurant rooms, parking, closed courtyard, terrace, caterer and organization of banquets.
A warm atmosphere, refined and generous cuisine and a very pleasant setting await you in the three dining rooms.
The rustic style of the Restaurant, the exposed beams, the lighting, the flowers ... the warm atmosphere that reigns there, everything will charm you.
On the walls, a permanent exhibition of watercolors by the famous Alsatian painter M. Geiss.
In the kitchen, Mr. Berger, the chef offers traditional cuisine with regional specialties. He will make you discover and appreciate according to the recipes "houses" the many treasures which conceal our region.

Among the specialties offered:

Boneless carp frying served at will.
The restaurant has a fishpond, the carp are prepared at the last minute to guarantee you maximum freshness.
Perch fry served at will.

Frog legs, Duck breast with apples and maple syrup.

To accompany these menus, Thomas our Sommelier, would like you to discover the following wines:

  • Tokaji Furmint Dry 2016 - Large Tokaj 20,50 €

Direction Hungary, for this white wine produced in the region of Tokaji, in the northeast of the country, from the local grape variety Furmint. A dry, mineral white wine, with notes of white peach, lime, and hawthorn blossom.

  • Montpeyroux "Bleu Velours" 2017 - Domaine la Jasse Castel 34,50 €

Unquestionably, my favorite of the moment!
First terroir of the Languedoc appellation backed by the foothills of Larzac, the Montpeyroux vineyard is the ultimate extension of the central massif and the chain of volcanoes of Puy de Dôme.
From a blend of syrah, grenache, carignan and cinsault, aged in barrels of 3 to 5 wines, this cuvée with a fruity nose and silky tannins will revive your taste buds.

We will deliver your order in the morning, within a radius of 20 km around Petit Kohlberg.

You will also be able to pick up your order directly at the Petit Kohlberg restaurant, from 8:30 am to 10:00 am
