Bertrand, from the hotel school, decided to take over this restaurant which seduced him with its beautiful room, its beams and its large fireplace which bring warmth and conviviality.

He wants to bring something new to the Sundgau and it starts with the hourly amplitude: indeed, the restaurant will serve until 23 PM!

In terms of cuisine, Bertrand has developed a traditional menu: fleischnakas, flambé pies, snails, cordon bleu and of course fried carp.
New suggestions will be made every weekend.
The dishes are prepared with seasonal produce.

The Comptoir Gourmand is a self-service restaurant, a brasserie, a tea room and also a large take-out area for snacks, pastries and pastries in the Leclerc shopping center in Altkirch.
We have 2 floors with a capacity of 130 places, we are open Monday to Saturday from 07h to 19h.
We offer 3 daily menus, a traditional menu as well as a menu of international specialties and grilled meat on request.

Frédéric Stantina, who runs the train station restaurant in Hirtzbach (also known as Munzenberger) has recently been displaying the sign of the federation of Alsatian chefs, whose objective is the promotion of Alsatian cuisine and affirmation of know-how.

It is thus a question of distinguishing oneself from a certain number of catering establishments which offer customers cooked dishes prepared in an industrial manner and simply reheated. Frédéric Stantina, who has been living in Hirtzbach for eight years, emphasizes the obvious that some people sometimes tend to forget.

Cooking takes time and sometimes you have to wait a bit ...
