Where to eat sauerkraut?

Alsatian sauerkraut is a staple of the local cuisine, and the Sundgau region is no exception: this traditional dish of fermented cabbage simmered in white wine and accompanied by meats and sausages can be found on the menu of many restaurants in the area.
