Colmar Christmas Market

Presentation: In Colmar, “art and tradition” are the key words. The selection of objects therefore favors local and regional crafts, local products as well as traditional Christmas cakes, pastries and sweets. The objects offered on the Colmar Christmas markets have thus been carefully selected for the happiness of all and for all budgets.

In total, five traditional Christmas markets are located in the heart of Old Colmar. Indeed, the site itself gives each one its own connotation, a different tone that allows each market to identify itself. The small houses were designed by architects and interior designers with a view to perfect integration into the various squares while respecting and highlighting the heritage that surrounds them. They give each small market the image of a mini village where it is pleasant to take the time to stroll.

Montbéliard Christmas Market

Presentation: A typical, authentic and resolutely artisanal market! The Christmas Lights have managed to keep their soul and originality. Christmas in Montbéliard "is the Christmas of all traditions" ... The Christmas Market is set up at the foot of the oldest Lutheran church in France, the Temple Saint Martin, dating from 1601. More than 140 artisans from Franche-Comté but also from all the regions of France and abroad meet there. In the Gourmet and Sweet Flavors aisles, you can eat while tasting a glass of mulled wine or "crack" for some Christmas cookies and other treats. The market is typical of the Germanic tradition to which the Pays de Montbéliard is very attached. Authentic, it offers products marked with the spirit of Christmas and celebration! It is of course artisanal. Each year the selection is strict so that the merchants' stalls are full of traditional products. Christmas Lights bring back memories of the wonderful Christmases of yesteryear!
