Star trekking stay to discover the Three Castles of the Alsatian Jura

This 2 day / 1 night weekend  (from 70 € / pers) offers you the opportunity to recharge your batteries in the soothing setting of an unknown and unspoiled region. Between hiking and discovery, paths and paths full of charm will lead you without great difficulty from one end to the other of this little piece of land forgotten by the frenzy and the ambient agitation. The Alsatian Jura opens its doors to you. It's up to you to get in. The proposed walks are the most beautiful in the sector. Example of a 2-day / 1-night star stay:

Day 1 : welcome to Ferrette, a picturesque medieval town during the day. Walk around the city (2h30), the opportunity to visit the ruined castle and the city of the powerful counts of Ferrette. Narrow and romantic paths lead to amazing limestone promontories and the mysterious Dwarf Cave, where a famous legend is told.
Overnight at the Hotel Restaurant Collin **

Day 2 : breakfast. Departure by car for Oberlarg (10 min). Walk (3h30-4h) through some of the most beautiful landscapes of Sundgau. The Mannlefelsen rock shelter, a major Mesolithic site in Alsace, precedes the Ebourbettes which recount General Giraud's escape in 1942. Further on, the ruins of Morimont offer an interesting history lesson on the adaptation of a medieval castle with guns. Overnight in Ferrette.

Day 3 : breakfast. Departure by car for Leymen (15min). Discovery of Landskron, a dreaded castle until 1814 that a Franco-Swiss association maintained with passion, and Mariastein, where crowds of pilgrims come to pray every year, are the highlights of this superb walk of 3h30 which offers beautiful panoramas , on both sides of the border.
